Olympians Preschool

The Preschool Threes program at Olympians Preschool is available full or part time with the option to bring your child 2-5 days per week. Our classroom allows students to not only be prepared for the VPK program but is also a place where expression and creativity are encouraged. Our play based curriculum offers children many opportunities for positive interactions with other children and adults.  We treat each child with respect and reinforce his/her value as an individual and as a unique member of the “Olympians Pre-School” community

The VPK program at Olympians Preschool is a 3 hour program designed to prepare students for kindergarten and beyond. Olympians PreSchool VPK classrooms follow the Florida Early Learning and Developmental Standards of four-year old’s.

• Science

• Social Skills/Self-Regulation

• The Arts

At Olympians Preschool our students participate in Greek and Spanish Instruction twice a week. Research shows that learning a second language does not cause language confusion, delay, or deficit, which have been concerns in the past.  In fact, children who learn a second language can maintain attention despite outside stimuli better than children who know only one language.  In other words: “Cognitive advantages follow from becoming bi-lingual”
